I think everyone saw dilution coming but this may be an unexpected twist. I've delayed buying for that reason and also because there's almost no volume in the US market...and a very wide spread, making it hard to buy and sell.

Maybe it will pick up later on. They wouldn't be taking these steps without some plan of action.

My recommendation is to stay with your starter position for now. That's at least what I'm doing. I think this may take some time, but it is promising and these Graphite stocks are hot right now. The Asbury Property is huge news IMO. I would add to this when you are doing well with your other stocks. So, add a little here and there at your discretion. I personally think it won't go down that much if at all, but it may remain flat until people take notice. I follow UGAGF closely, prefer buying it on the Toronto Stock Exchange, etc.
