The longer the filings last the higher goes the pressure and the expectation. It all makes only sense anymore if they are already in the process to become listed. If they come out with a .. well after all the delays...average or lousier than expected 10k and that´s all we get, with another weeks to move, it could get worse here.
I would almost believe it if they would do everything with second class partners (lawyer/accountants) but we should all remeber that the NYC firm behind them knows what they are doing. Call it a pump, but imo, we are very close to a nice surprise. But like I wrote at the beginning, it´s a higher expectation now.
