Sorry you feel that way about Treaty and their management. If there is no oil in Belize with their 1st well and management and their experts say there is then all hell will break loose and no one will want to own TECO. On the other hand I am on the side of TECO and believe there is oil and they tell me they will be drilling in Belize in about one week. So soon we will have all the quesions about Belize answered and see if I am correct in having faith in TECO and not believing those that say no oil. And when they reaffirm the oil in Belize many will be happy because they are long and the shorts will be miserable.
As a side note I am hearing the 10K will be filed today. I have heard of the filing to be done before but maybe this time it will happen
