I disagree, I have seen many penny stocks especially those with low SS like this move just based on TA. There are traders who keep the TA with alerts and jump in and trade such penny stocks. We will be looking into fundamentals if this was a blue chip. Just IMO, but with news, this will fly beyond any TA. Whatever, we want this to move north! Cheers!
