Clearly did not say that, we've been over this all you non-believers change his words around to suit your opinions. Did it when we could see it, and doin it now. He said once we get FDA approval, were in stage 3 and 4, as in describing the course of events to follow. He never said they were in stage 3 and 4 now. That doesnt even make sense, they can't be in both stages at the same time, or before 1 and 2.
