For once i partly agree with you 
It does get old week in week out and some communication wouldn't hurt.
There are some people on the board that claim "well Shiva might not be at liberty to say anything" and that's all well and good but he doesn't have to give anything away if he can't. He can at least communicate through twitter. For all i care he talks about the weather from time to time.. but just signs of life would be a nice start.
Your last sentence pretty much describes exactly what needs to happen. Generate interest.. "Hard at work at the Tivus HQ" would be a nice tweet and is fine with me.. at least we know something's getting done. Shareholders are usually really not that hard to please, especially quasi desperate ones.
And where is Truckenmiller's bald skull on the website? Jwez any word on the new website? I asked almost 3 weeks ago.. even my little cousin can knock out a decent website in 3 weeks with online web site builders or simple point and click software. (dreamweaver for example). Next time you speak with Shiva ask him if he wants me to do it for free! (freelance web developer, wouldn't mind extra shares though!)
