I think that is the key phrase in what we are seeing. IMO, they have a short term strategy AND a long term strategy in mind. I don't think they want us along for the ride in the long term strategy...Thus, the reason they brought in Campbell to "Assist CFO in developing short-term financial stategy for the organization"

I think as we get closer to the end of their short term strategy timeline, we will begin to see the PPS move back in a positive direction as fewer and fewer retail shareholders own part of the float.

How long will that take? Your guess is as good as mine.
