I think the announcement of the Share Buy Back and the Execs buying shares at these levels tells us that there will be no r/s.. its like the writing on the wall..

Imagine if they came out and said "we are going to uplist with a share buy back and no r/s." everyone would get in and it would cause the stock to skyrocket then plummet.. when everyone sells.. they are giving us the writing on the wall.. stare at the wall people until it becomes clear!!!
