On April 20, 2012, Jeff Robinson resigned from his position as director and Chairman of the Board of AISystems, Inc. The resignation was not as a result of any dispute with the Company, its Officers, or Board of Directors. On April 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of the company appointed James Beatty to serve on the company's Board of Directors. From July 1982 to the present, Mr. Beatty has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Capital Corporation. From January 2005 to March 2011, Mr. Beatty has also been the Chairman of Canary Resources Inc.
