The way I read it that trade could have occured overseas when the markets there were open. The MM's probably chose to not post the form T trade until after hours to prevent a buying frenzy. Tomorrow will be interesting. Rarely does anyone buy the entire position they want in a single trade. 400K shares at $0.13 is quite a "chunk".

I wish we knew how many "chunks" they plan to buy.
