BINGO... ATRN going dark is a sign they are either going under, or trying to go private. And, IMO it is the latter for a number of reasons.

If there is a buyout looming, it would make sense for ATRN to go proviate and get the shareholders out.

We all know FB purchase Instagram (a privately held company). Perhaps ATRN going private is part of their deal with the respective suitor?

Not sure, but the ATRN Affiliate Network, dealings w/Kenshoo and Facebook, the Spyder platform, etc lead me to believe ATRN is worth more than we are being made to believe it is worth.

These are all just my opinions, of course.
