Not sure how that works. I wonder if someone contacts the MM and says I want 400,000 shares so the MM just takes out all the lowest sell orders until he hits the 400,000 shares? Then the MM averages the cost and posts the number? Again...I don't know.

If SEO or ERHC is buying up shares to raise the sp in order to raise money it might be good for anyone with sell orders to raise them. If the entity that is buying is determined to get the sp up why not make them pay even more for the shares?

Then again, if it's just SEO and ERHC buying and selling shares back and forth for the appearance of sp appreciation then they will just do what they want to do. I don't know if that is even legal.

Anyone can guess at this one. Maybe someone knows what this is all about? I don't.
