They could be found innocent and things go back to normal..

How could they be found innocent of not filing financial statements? Either they're there or they're not. In this case, they're not. This stock will be on the grey sheets when it opens back up and if they don't respond to the SEC within the 10 day period, the ticker will be revoked most likely within a month. Pretty simple to figure out if you followed a few of these suspensions.
