From what I have read, WUCC'S dotson and blum's disbarred attorney bennett were brought into the mix AFTER the ibc/cprk merger.

You do know its standard practice for the merged in company (WUCC/CPRK) to move forward and do as they will with their new public entity, as the previously existing company (IBC) goes about its business privately.
