speaking of of Pacific Metals shares. Someone asked me if I knew what the ratio would be. Now I read that Pacific Metals shares would be 10 Million. based on that and the outstanding shares I came up with for every 86 PCFG shares you own you will get 1 share of Pacific Metals.

How I figured that is I divided 10,000,000 into the current O/S of PCFG on the EDGAR site.

Does anyone else have a different number?
