Zam, I have been encouraged to not go after this scum in court. I don't think we will do anything but add insult to injury if we spend alot on an attorney. If you know someone that has experience in this area, I would love to hear their opinion, however. At this point, the one reason I would like to see this go to court is so we could ask one question of PT and crew. "With your history of driving seemingly good companies into dark holes is this the result of crooked deeds or are you just plain stupid?" If there is a third option, I don't see it. If anyone has any other ideas, (like Perot said) I'm all ears.
