I stated in my complaint about the phone calls and listed all their numbers the shareholders have made calls on on numerous occasions with no response. I also included the false article of them filing the financials late, everyone failed to realize that was a false articale and an incorrect statement, they never filed late rather come back with news about form 15d, which they could have filed and put out in the article instead of stating a false statement about filing late, which never happened.
