They file an extension on to submit 2012 1st quarter ... And the PPS holds.

They are late filing Q1... And the PPS holds.

They have the E added to the ticker... And the PPS holds.

How bad of news would be needed to see PPS drop 30% or more? What more bad news could they drop in the next few weeks?

What happens if they are delisted?
