I think we have been patiently waiting.

Who are the board members?

Have they bought anything back?

Are they done screwing up financials?

What is the plan to get up to date?

do they even plan to get up to date? The filing really doesn't say that they intend to get up to date before being delisted from the bb.

what is the payment schedule?

Do they really plan on uplisting when the current conversation is about delisting?

I have been waiting here quite a while and all I see that this "phenomenal" company that "is a leader in the industry" and "seeing unprecedented sales" and ridiculous exposure and awesome sales.... yet... they have so much trouble showing the financial world that they are anything but a pile of crap.

I am still here and will stay here... WAITING... with my hands in that pile of crap.... searching for the diamond in there. Still searching.
