I see a post was deleted right after my post last night. Since my mailbox reflected a missing response to my post, I am assuming I upset an insecure, immature idiot investor who needs to grow up!

Shiva does indeed tell people what they want to hear.
Shiva has no respect for common investors.....people like you and me who made this dream of his get where it is today. That was clearly evident by the recent sit he had with a couple investors while having them sign a NDA, making the investors IMO feel like they were insiders.
That was followed by a radio interview, a gagging of the TA despite the website and all pr's stating transparency and honesty with investors was of utmost importance to Shiva and what separated Tivus from other stinky pinkies. When the dust settled, another half billion or more shares were dumped on us despite those "insiders" assuring people that Shiva told them the dilution had stopped.
I do not make my very bad decision to invest in this company anyone elses problem but mine. I have a right to be upset with this company for what has been misleading statements at best, missed deadlines and outright BS flowing smoothly from Shiva's mouth, his facebook page and his tweeter account, and I have a right to post such frustration without some obviously po'd investor feeling my words and obversations were directed at them or affected their investment. Grow up.....we all want the same thing (unless you're a short) and most of us are under water with this investment. I don't enjoy having a negative attitude on this investment and on Shiva but unfortunately this company and its actions is the cause of my attitude. I would sell but what good would being down 99.99999999% and selling bring? So I hold and I hope. (and still believe)
