The problem with the PR was that nobody saw it...we can't move up if nobody knows what's happening. If Jim says he doesn't release PRs unless he feels it's necessary, then why not do it right when you do release something? At least put out the $$ to release a PR that's picked up by everyone and don't do it half-assed just to say you released a PR to appease shareholders.
