Some longs are averaged much higher because they have believed in the company and been buying shares over the last two years. Newcomers buying at .0003 could make a 300% gain or more before getting back to most long's break even point.

If I had the cash, I would be loading up on 3's right now so I could take part in a run from .0003-.001.
