Well said Junk. I also doubt very much Noblesville is at all concerned about Positron. If you remember the agreement Positron does not get any bond money unless they come up with a lot of money to do the cyclotron project. It is a no lose situation for Noblesville. Its not like they fronted Positron anything. Lets face it you can check off a lot of good steps forward and as some people like to say one step backward (sec). As for Mr Rooney I believe his intentions are good and to make Positron a successful company. I have contacted the SEC and they said "At this time, it does not appear that there has been an Investors Claims Fund established in this matter." I think the only thing anyone can do at this point is wait to see what happens. If you are nervous take your losses and move on. If not then sit tight. Investing in penny stocks is never easy. I want everyone to do well and most of all I want Positron to fulfil its goals and bring the much needed isotopes to the market so that more people can get PET scans to ensure their health.
