It would be great if that is happening, and it would be a fast way to get into non-penny land, I would be overjoyed and have thought about this scenario, but what keeps bothering me is where would they get the cash? Do you think they are clearing enough to do this? If they are, they would certainly be in no rush to release the fins as long as they stay in their 30 day period. The other question is what can they do legally? That is not my dept... Do you know how many they could buy, are they required to file anything special? This has passed into a major gray zone for me here..
