This device and many others like it called Electrolysis, turns water to Hydrogen fuel using electricity

HYSR’s Artificial Photosynthesis turns water to Hydrogen fuel using free Sunlight instead of electricity, a huge difference in the cost of fuel and at a fraction of the cost of equipment when goes to mass production at large scale for utility companies and hybrid electric vehicles.
