I think people still dont understand the fact that this is not about how SIAF is awesome but about finding people that will believe the numbers and promises. Hanging candy for 2013/2014 is nice and it can be even true but if people dont believe it after all those China frauds it wont help no matter if its 150M or 500M or 50M. Simply doesnt matter at this point.

Thats why Im so unhappy about moves like this surprisingly strong dilution because now we need to get market confidence, we need to see that SIAF is different. And thats not happening, actually they do everything as any other China company - they dilute a lot into the market, they promise how it will be rewarding, they say they have plenty of revenues/gains but reinvest it thats why they have to dilute etc. You cant wonder people dont want to buy this story, its like 500th in a 2 years you hear this. And of course, this one might be finally the one real story but noone is willing to risk it anymore. So its either about making a difference and do some other steps or we will have to wait until that promised candy is to come. And thats the problem - tell me whats good and what has been done for longterm shareholders. PPS depressed, dilution at lower and lower PPS and with the fact that there are many millions of shares in the range of 0,60-1,00 its probably safe to say we will be stucked here for another like a year. If we dont get huge volume many many days in a row we wont make it through it. We already had a fund buying approx 2M shares and still financing shares easily took it back down in several days.

Thats the side-effect of issuing shares - makes people feel like they have nothing to miss if they wait with buying the shares. And thats even if they are interested in SIAF a lot. I think thats fairly lose-lose situation SIAF management created here - longterm shareholders disappointed with the treatment for years (I have to repeat that Solomon promised he would not dilute under 1,50 USD), shorterm probably left, possible new shareholders are recalculating when its worth to enter if they feel they wont miss anything. And of course, it makes uplisting a bit unlikelier too I guess.

I hope people now understand the general thinking. I have been burned by Chinese sector hell lot, it cost me huge amount of money and I dont want to repeat it again, at least not so blindly. And to be honest, latest days on SIAF raised my eyebrows since thats typical Chinese yet-another-fraud behaviour, its simple as that. With that I dont want to say SIAF is a fraud, not at all. But it totally feels the same way, we have the very same steps with the very same explanation as everywhere. Lets not paint things pink.

Btw its nice to see critical people around here and checking every part possible. It should make both old and new shareholders more confident in what they own after they can read so many pieces of information here.
