Since when does reaction on a message board and immediate pps determine whether a technology prove the impact?

Seems you are confusing manipulation based on a few million shares traded in a couple days with the future partnerships and products developed out of this patent.

So if the scale up of commercial batches underway leads to a partner or the patent leads to a licensing deal which is likely in my opinion, is it a game changer then?

I don't determine the value of a technology based on a couple days of trading of a penny stock. I will go with what the CEO and scientist noted about the tech for now.
