According to Powers....all the press related to NASCAR and drivers was blue sky......The ARN has a guy named RICH HAYS who Powers thinks may be on the BOD ??? Hays is supposed to be the person who was trying to put something together on the NASCAR front.....

Powers has a business associate in Scottsdale who is well connected to NASCAR.....this guy sold a marketing company to the France Family a few years back and is a close friend to Paul Brooks who retired from NASCAR recently. He had this checked out by Brooks who came back and disavowed any knowledge of any type of NASCAR or NASCAR DRIVER Licensing DEAL with The ARN

Furthermore. Powers stated that he has email threads from his concerns about the issues associated with infringement on the NASCAR Trademark without a formal agreement in place.

ONCE AGAIN.....this company needs to clean it's act up or face the consequences of their actions (or LACK OF!)
