So once again the heroic $TECO bulls fend off another attack by the bidwhackers who predictably used small order size to try and cause a lower print into the close.
Notice the 3,000 share sell with 6 seconds left before the bell. However, a .045 closing print is really not that much lower than it would have been and probably not even worth the paint job.
Although the results from this strategy seem to be declining we have to be on guard for any attempts made in desperation to cause a shake out. The smart thing for the bears to do would be to slowly back out of their position.
The irrational/emotional thing to do would be to start doubling down on their short bets. That would be the road to ruin, and unless they are JP Morgan, nobody is going to bail them out of that mess.
