Boy did you miss the point, the point is the SEC, DTC, or any other regulatory body did nothing to help the company or give the company a trading position again, so all the games out there are not always who you may think, meaning, you always want to blame Clayton and his family and maybe just maybe other people are behind the scene to manipulate the positions, trading etc..... and this leaves others holding the bag as one should say.
