Well the 50 Mil S-8 took it down to the upper .001's back in July so if this does not have sustained new buyers to absorb the dilution it could very well be back in the subs easily, depends on how much more they dilute. Thats the thing i hate about penny stocks, when they use new shares to pay bills thats a sign of an unstable financial situation.
