While you're all hurting from your pocket, Scott Rosenberg is in NYC attending the premier of MIB 3, another property he likes to remind people is his and yet he had ZERO to do with.

He'll be raking in the big money off of that, putting it in his other company and laughing his ass off while the investors struggle to keep a float.

He wouldn't help you up if you fell over him. THIS is the guy (at this point I think the ONLY guy) running your company.
