I just called Atrinsic- the main number. Did not ask for anyone just asked the fella who answered the phone to tell me that is considered the "agency business". He said he could not comment but added that he could confirm that the PR was put out by Atrinsic, and said "I know some people were questioning that". I asked if anyone else from the company could tell me just what the agency part of the business is like maybe Nathan and he said no one else would be able to comment and I would get the same answer.
There you have it. Make out what you want but I won't be calling again. Not sure why is it such a big deal just to say what that part of the business is but I'm sure they have their reasons.

My feeling/hunch is that they really could be in the works with something - again make out of it what you want.
