Wilf blum is the topic here regarding the thievery and fraud surrounding cprkq. Wilf blum is also the founder of Dpbe. Wilf blum is also the founder of alexander lindale. Alexander lindale has abused the reg d 504 process. If the trail leads to dpbe it leads to dpbe which it does. Wilf has done numerous reg d 504 work for a multitude of small issuers. Everything this person and the companies he has ever been involved with are on topic.

Take your issue up with with wilf blum,alexander lindale,sec.gov. etc etc.
