Incredible detailed evidence regarding the raping and pillaging of of the public based on lies and fraud perpetrated by wilf blum, his cprk partners,dwaine allred,jack rasmussen and wilfs ir company that facilitated this entire illegal stock selling fraud his alexander lindale. Blum even abused his crooked disbarred attorney stephen bennett by using his illegal signature stamp well after bennet told him to stop. Then after blum's cprk team with wilfs partner dwaine allred as ceo, wilf, cons mark dotson, and his WUCC team into joining in (supposedly for geting dotson the funds he needs to complete his mill). One problem, alexander lindale REQUIRES WUCC as a CONDITION of acquisition,to use blums alexander lindale as the ir / reg d 504 person.
Apparently unknown and not disclosed to dotson and team is the fact that blum had open 504's on cprk in existence allowing him to sell an undisclosed amount of unregistered stock to the public without requiring any input from dotson.
Note: Dotsons first signature on any 504 documents was (i believe) 4 months AFTER blum's cprk aquired WUCC or april 2008.
