Agreed, And I feel that both of those options are positives and not negatives. Further more, if you couple that with Jim's reasons for not wanting to dilute (Jim's is on record as saying he is trying not to kill the PPS of the stock, being that it is under valuned as is), I feel that we are in a good place.
