There are 210 members of this board. I think we can take a stance and put together a petition letter demanding the immediate resignation of Dale Henry and the Board of Directors for their crooked dealings.

Anyone good at wordsmithing to put some leagalize type paragraph together, then post it and we all add our names and State to it, then mail it to be floored at the next shareholders meeting??
