As to COPI's Current Status: Alive - Not Dead! The parent company never had an address in San Antonio. Their present address is a legitimate business office in Huntington, NY. Their most recent Form 10-Q discloses new loan activity. The 10-K referred to merger negotiations, but nothing specific, as permitted by the SEC's rules.
