The ibc corporate entity originated in 2000/2001? YOU posted the sb-2 check the date it was a long time ago.
Copperking was merged into ibc in dec 2007/ jan 2008.
Wucc (dotson and co ) was acquired jan 2008.
Now what part of this do you not understand besides any of it.
