Wouldn't publicly announcing a scheduled shareholders meeting instill some confidence that things had changed for the better? Otherwise, seems like business (or lack thereof) as usual.

Of course this post is my opinion. Every post by anyone is an opinion. I'm not writing a white paper on scams… in this post, anyway...
