I am no Arbiter.

I think any reasonable person can read the information from this and other forums, read archived versions of the website as well as the available financial 'reports', such as they are, and agree that this is an absolutely awful example of a 'business'.

The only question remaining, imho, is whether or not an investor can make a profit in the common stock. Obviously the answer, sadly, is yes. I have been watching others do it while I pursue other opportunities. Don't get caught up in the arguments, just answer the only question that not matters: Can you make a dime or, on a deeper level, is this the sort of investment with which you want to be in any way associated.

For me; no. Maybe I'm just altruistic or maybe I can't get it out of my head that some people have likely spent money they really never had to buy in to this and they won't be able to recover and there is NO way I can support that on any level. Maybe some kid who was looking forward to being a college freshman next fall isn't going to be now because mom or dad bought into a 'company' called MediaG3 based on really bad information.

I will gladly go on record as saying I would eagerly support any effort that halts trading on this. It is one thing to raise capital for an incubating company by selling stock. That is not what MDGC is all about. This is clearly about selling lies for a profit. Come on, not the company is years old and still has no income, no employees , lies regularly to get out of hot water and has no plans to do any r&d. This is not what developing companies look like.

Is it?

No company Mr. Westerga(a)rd can ever concoct should ever be allowed to issue common stock anywhere ever again.
