i just spoke to chef jon...

i've been lurking on this board for a while now - i hold a little over 100k shares...i finally got fed up enough with all i've read here to call and ask some questions myself...

when i called chef gary answered the phone...i heard lots of voices and clanking in the background which was nice...sounds like everyone was busy...he transferred me to chef jon...jon basically said that the 10k went back to an auditor for some "final changes"...he also mentioned that it would need to be edgarized...he was unwilling to give a time frame on when it would be released but did say that he will not release any news until the form 10 is out...he also said he does not read message boards and seemed slightly irked that i even mentioned them...i told him that the only info we have to go on is what we hear on the boards and that's why i finally decided to call him...

the conversation only took a minute or 2 and i found him pleasant...he really added nothing new to what has already been reported on rb and inv. hub in the past...i guess we all just have to sit and wait...and hope that we don't see .02 before .20...
