Hey Speedking,

I'm guessing by SS you mean " share structure" ?

I think the acquisition and dilution will be relatively small.

These guys are building a vehicle for early stage investments into start ups. So BS is the first of many to come.

I'm also guessing that they are finding a price level for some early players to build a position.

Once I see a bit of volume at a price I'm going to join in and buy my first position.
