My friend, Mer-Man is an expert on all types of shells--- sea shells, snail shells, turtle shells, and even shell companies. He said--Typically, a RM into a shell company costs about 100K, which is about a quarter the cost of an IPO. They made a loan for 70K. Yes, that's a lot of money and is it a coincidence that it's for that amount considering the cost of RM a private company into a public company. ASYI filled filings to keep it current for a good reason. When Skelator bought Snake Mountain, the value was very low and I told them they have to clean it up for me before I buy it, but when I moved in, everyone knows who Mighty Skelator is so the value of Snake Mountain real estate skyrocketed exponentially. The same thing will happen here with ASYI and KoolTel.
