That's the problem... There is no such thing as a material event anymore... That only applies to SEC reporting companies, which they are not.

That's not to say that they couldn't communicate things with those WHO JUST PAID OFF DEBT VIA DILUTION as a common courtesy... but they have chosen not to because A) They are completely selfish D-bags or B) They have an NDA in place due to a buyout.
