You have no proof of that.
The PR came out. It said what everybody already knew. They are flat busted broke and full of debt. If Kooltel was legit, why would they get involved with a filthy dirty shell like this?
Hell they gave away the worthless AI Systems portion of the operation to a cow and pig farm to hide it from the world.
Any chance to get out with a profit is long gone.
