Don't think near term, already announced plans are a catalyst for the share price to move the share price 4x to 10x as I was speculating about for the 5/13 time frame

You have to start somewhere. The best thing that could happen is institutional buying but that's a long shot for now and I think we have a better chance placing our hopes on the news flow in the coming months.

Everything that you posted has already been "announced" otherwise you wouldn't know about it.

And you don't know how big those contracts will be.

I think it could act as a driver. Any of those events could trigger a short squeeze, assuming someone has been shorting the stock in recent days.

And there are lots of companies that will remain silent until they report next quarter's results. I'm just glad that's not the case here. And I have a hunch that that is why every stock went down after reporting Q1 earnings. Either shorts taking advantage, or people giving up, or both.
We do have good news coming and it is one of the reasons why I bought more shares today. So I do think it will act as a catalyst.
