I got a similar response yesterday from investor relations. The last paragraph was in response to a question I asked regarding Mr. DeHerrera's other company, Force Energy.


Hello xxxxx,

The company has not released any new information on the progress of the project. I am told that news is forthcoming this summer.

As for a merger with FORC, we have not heard anything on this, and could not speculate on this from a legal stand point. Hope you can understand.
