Less skepticism here on this board may help.. If company says how many shares we will have os weighted end 2012 we must trust that as we trust other statements. Then much of the issuing drama can stop! The company complies with almost everything they say and makes good money. Stop complaining about everything and be a bit patient. We have a perfect buying op now. Issuing as financing strengthens the balncesheet as long as share price does not drop in the long run, wich it will not do in my opinion.
