Hi Dade , guess all sorts of factors dictate SP value especially when a company is still in development mode - so who knows we could get a bounce up on any positive international news ( day traders /MM can influence SP greatly )

Based on N.A sales - Sorry probably nearer $22 million revenues required to break even for this last quarter based on the historical 10% gross sales profit margins –that would provide approx $2.2 million gross sales profit !

Latest 10Q: ECOB recorded $79k gross sales profit (after cost of sales) - but more importantly they also spent an additional $ 2.2M on (OPEX/other income expense etc)

Anyway everyone has their own way of expressing views & opinions that’s ok –more importantly would be great to hear from the company soon – sec filing did not really give any info on the way ahead!
